Product Manager (HealthTech)

About the role

Role Overview: mPharma is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our patient-facing pharmaceutical platforms. You will be responsible for understanding patient needs, defining product strategy, and working with engineering to deliver impactful features that improve access to medicine across Africa. Responsibilities: - Define the product vision and roadmap for our patient care mobile app. - Conduct user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs. - Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility. - Create detailed product requirements and user stories for development teams. - Coordinate with UI/UX designers to create user-centric experiences. - Monitor product metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement. - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches. Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in product management. - Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products. - Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Deep empathy for users and passion for healthtech. Nice-to-haves: - Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. - Technical background (e.g., CS degree or software development experience). - Experience working in multi-national teams across Africa.
