About the role

Architects and develops the Python/FastAPI microservices and PostgreSQL database structure. Builds the core AI outlier-detection pipeline utilizing Isolation Forests to identify fraudulent submissions and aggregate data safely. Manages the AWS deployment, ensures end-to-end API encryption, and oversees system performance during high-traffic spikes. This role is part of the project: Uchaguzi Safe - Crowd-Sourced Election Monitoring & AI Heatmap Platform
